Peace starts within

Meditation is not just an act, but a state of being peace. It is a simple process of conscious concentration, a conduit to quieten our internal nature, It is when this concentration becomes effortless and continuous, the mind flows in the direction of the focus without effort. This leads to absorption, and eventually, a union with the divine.

About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle

I am a holistic practitioner devoted to working with energy, time, and presence to support meaningful change and deep alignment. My work weaves Jyotish (Vedic astrology)Shamanic Reiki, meditation, and ceremonial offerings — including wedding officiating and ritual sound/DJ services — to support people through transitions, thresholds, and sacred moments of becoming.

At the heart of all my offerings is an understanding that healing is not separate from how we live, love, choose, and mark time. Whether guiding someone through a Jyotish reading, holding space for energetic healing, or creating a ceremonial container for marriage, my role is to help align inner truth with outer expression.

My background as an Ayurvedic professional informs everything I do. Ayurveda teaches us how to live in harmony with our true nature — in the body, the nervous system, and the rhythms of life. This foundation allows my work to remain grounded, embodied, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique constitution and path.

Each offering I share — from astrology to energy work to ceremony — is approached with care, reverence, and the intention to support mind, body, and soul in living with greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
